Honesty by Salwa Rizk

Honesty is not just a word, but it is a life that determines a person’s path, whether here on earth or in heaven... If we talked about it, for example, in our lives on earth to all peoples and religions in individual dealings or various governments and countries. If they dealt with honesty, many wars would disappear, and human life would remain safe and tranquil.

But we speak and enjoy the words of our Holy Bible, which enlightened our minds and hearts. In the Gospel of our teacher Matthew the Evangelist (Matthew 23:25), you have been faithful in a few things; I will make you ruler over many things... If you are faithful on earth, I will live in eternity... meaning, if you are faithful in my love. For my relatives and my family, our Lord gives me love, even for my enemies, so that I may pray for him so that I do not hate him... If I am honest in not accepting offers of voluntary sins presented to me, then the Lord can save me from them... If I am honest in preserving my mind, which I was created conscious of, with awareness of everything. From evil thoughts, the Lord will surely give me protection and purity of the subconscious mind, and therefore, impure dreams or nightmares will not bother me... If I was faithful in childhood, then the help of our Lord will continue in the age of youth, which is the most warlike of all kinds, and He will send me help from various spiritual aids to reach the heavenly places. Also, if I am faithful in condemning others with my tongue, the Lord will grant me non-condemnation by thought, which is more difficult, as you know... If I am faithful to external anger, such as shouting and raising a loud voice, then the Lord will give me purity from internal anger, such as rage and hatred... Also, if I am faithful In the Lord’s service to the poor and needy and all kinds of social and spiritual services, it is possible for Him to choose me and crown my faithfulness by granting me the position of a dedicated servant or a priest, etc...And the sweetest thing about faithfulness is if I am faithful in the ordinary spiritual matters (which are the fruits of the Holy Spirit, which are love, joy, and long peace). Patience, kindness, goodness, faith, humility, and self-control... Galatians 5. 23,22) If I succeed in one thing, He will bless me for the second, and so on... Our Lord, God, and Savior, Jesus Christ, can preserve us from the beginning of our lives until our last breath.
