By Salwa Rizk: Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world
Jesus Christ is the only Savior of all. Does everyone understand its true meaning??? This statement contains a tremendous amount of power and truth.
Jesus Christ is God incarnate (John 1:1,14). Jesus is God. He came to earth as a man (1 John 4:2). God is three persons: the Father and the Son, incarnated by the Virgin Mary and the Holy Spirit...and this makes us ask why God became incarnate. Why do we need to be saved? The Bible declares that all humans are sinners since Adam and Eve were in Paradise and disobeyed God and ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (Ecclesiastes 7:20) (Romans 3:23). The orator is everything we do in deed, word, or thought, and it deals with the holiness and perfection of God, so man. This sin is inherited from Adam and Eve.
Because we have sinned against God, who is infinite, eternal, and eternal, the one who reconciles us with God must be Himself. Therefore, the Son sent the word of God to the world, taking human flesh from the Virgin Mary, to pay us the eternal penalty for our sins (2 Corinthians 5:21) (1 John 2:2).
Everyone knows what God, the Son, the Word, Jesus Christ, gave to all humanity, taking the punishment we deserved to save us from a terrifying eternal fate, which is the just punishment for our sins since we inherited them through Adam and Eve. Jesus laid down his life for us because of his great love for humanity (John 13:15) as a motivation—the punishment we deserve and cannot repay.
So Jesus Christ was crucified, died on the cross for all, and buried in the grave. On the third day, he rose from the dead, indicating that his death was sufficient to pay the penalty for our sins (1 Corinthians 15).
Who will save them?
