Henry Kissinger pierces Great China Pictures

For the second time, the 100-year-old veteran diplomat penetrates the the Great Wall of China. He succeeded in penetrating it previously when he was Minister of Foreign Affairs, and thus his diplomatic talent emerged in improving relations once and now in an attempt to enhance the external image of the United States and repair what the current American administration spoiled diplomatically and politically. Henry Kissinger at that time, at the age of one hundred years, means the failure of the current US foreign policy in containing problems and providing solutions, the lack of a future diplomatic vision, and political confusion without a goal or a clear idea of things and rapprochement and cooperation at the same time, which loses political credibility and good intentions. There is a hidden, incomprehensible policy that does something in public and then does other things, the opposite of that in secret.
There are many outstanding issues between China and the United States, such as the issue of Taiwan, security, and freedom of navigation in the South China Sea, the increase in customs tariffs on Chinese goods, the US debt and its settlement, and so on.
Can the old veteran diplomat solve these issues on behalf of the US State Department?
