By Mr. Sameh Selim: Entering the nuclear hell in East Asia
Nuclear war is not a picnic or an accident that will pass over the years, but the defeated peoples are not alone; even the people who started the attack, everyone will lose in the end when life ends on the face of the earth.
It seems that the current US administration is trying to enter the region of nuclear hell in South and East Asia and the Pacific Ocean, or what is known as the region of quicksand. So it does not learn from history and the past mistakes that claimed many lives in the Vietnam War until 1975. They were with standard conventional weapons
This region, plagued by threats and nuclear conflicts, is one of the most dangerous regions in the world. After all, the people of this region do not mean life to them as valuable because most of them live under dictatorial regimes such as China, North Korea, Vietnam, Burma, and other countries in the region. They organize and implement their orders, and they have a culture of suicidal spirit in military confrontations, such as in Japan in the famous Battle of Pearl Harbor in World War II when the US Navy inflicted heavy losses, such as the suicide of Japanese pilots and landing their planes in American naval pieces.
But now, the history of this region is becoming more dangerous after most of its countries have become nuclear states. China, North Korea, South Korea, India, Pakistan, and Russia in the Kuril Islands and Iran are all atomic states, and what was hidden was greater. Other countries, such as Japan, Australia, and others, seek to do so.
Even if a proxy war breaks out, the matter is dangerous, and the people of the whole world will pay the price; here comes the role of military experts in advising politicians who do not learn from the mistakes of the past and the disasters of the present.
