Where are the mandatory evacuation orders for California wildfires?
Multiple wildfires have raged across Los Angeles County and prompted thousands of evacuations, with many being told to leave their homes due to life-threatening conditions.
The Palisades Fire has previously destroyed more than 23,000 homes and is the most destructive wildfire in the region. The fire has spread north, prompting more evacuations.
More than 153,000 residents are under evacuation orders, and another 166,000 have been warned that they may have to leave their homes.
The Los Angeles Fire Department urged Southern Californians to be prepared to evacuate if necessary and to report any suspicious activity to help prevent arson.
According to the National Weather Service, Southern California will remain under a red flag warning as winds of 30 to 50 mph and low humidity continue across the region through Wednesday at 6 p.m. The winds, low humidity, and dry conditions will continue contributing to severe fire weather.
According to the California Department of Fire, Tuesday's strongest winds will occur.
Here are the areas under evacuation orders and warnings.
