President Joe Biden will deliver a speech today at eight o'clock from the White House.

President Biden will address the nation Thursday evening about the growing conflicts between Israel and Hamas and Ukraine and Russia.

The president's address from the Oval Office will be broadcast at 8 p.m. This comes from his quick trip to Tel Aviv, where he announced that the U.S. would provide $100 million in funding to help civilians in Gaza and the West Bank.

During his trip, Biden also reiterated U.S. support for Israel against the Palestinian Hamas movement – and warned Israelis not to make the same "mistakes" the U.S. made in the wake of the September 11 terrorist attacks.

Biden, citing Defense Department data, said he believes Israel is not responsible for the deadly explosion at a hospital in Gaza on Tuesday.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health, run by Hamas, said an Israeli air strike caused the explosion. Israel said the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, an ally of Hamas, was responsible for the attack.

• President Biden will deliver a prime-time speech from the Oval Office on Thursday addressing the war between Israel, Hamas, Russia, and Ukraine.

• Hundreds of people were reportedly killed in an explosion at a hospital in Gaza on Tuesday. The Hamas-run Palestinian Ministry of Health said an Israeli air strike caused the explosion. The Israeli army said that the cause of the explosion was the failure of a missile launched by an Islamist movement allied with Hamas in Gaza.

• Biden said that U.S. intelligence showed Israel was not responsible for the explosion.

• The State Department issued a "Global Alert" warning on Thursday advising Americans to "exercise increased caution" due to "heightened tensions in various locations around the world, and the potential for terrorist attacks, demonstrations, or acts of violence against U.S. citizens and interests."

• The death toll from the conflict continues to rise. More than 3,500 Palestinians were reported killed, while more than 1,400 Israelis were killed. U.S. officials say at least 32 Americans are among them.
