It has scientific briefs, in addition to the fact that it is suitable for a scholar to be a caller, and whoever is his sheikh is his book, his mistake will prevail over his rightness, and the seeker of knowledge must, before reaching the level of the scholar, be aware of what he preferred in the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger, God, and he said that he has had a Sheikh since the age of eight, and he is Sheikh Muhammad Awad Misbah
3. Those who hold meetings in small corners and spread their suspicious thoughts to young people have no morals and it is not permissible for them to enter the qiblah of the mosque without seeking permission from its imam, even if he is one of his students.
4. It is not permissible for anyone to oppose the public call unless he is qualified for that. If you are not qualified and do not know the evidence or the difference between the public and the private, no person has the right to believe that he is a scholar.
5. The groups that built large edifices of charitable institutions, and built them for other purposes, and infiltrated into them people who kill and shed the blood of people. These religious centers and complexes must be under the watchful eye of the competent authorities of the state because this is the duty of the state, which is to confront extremist ideology.
6. He explained to the court the meaning of “Salafiyyah”, a name that is attributed to the righteous predecessors, and they are the companions and followers of the Messenger of God.
7. The “Bait al-Maqdis” group changed its name to Wilayat Sinai, when the organization’s leader, Abu Osama al-Masry, came out in a video and said a text: (We killed them because God commanded us to do so). Curse of God) and Ansar Bayt Al-Maqdis are not on the right path at all.

Any group that makes it lawful for blood and hostility to Islam, and forbids the blood of Muslims, and makes it lawful for the blood of our brothers and sons from among the members of the army and police, is a group that deviates from the Sunnah of the Messenger of God and has been a cause of conflict and controversy.
14. Al-Qaeda's ideology is infidels and the ruler's infidelity, and it describes all Islamic and Arab governments as infidels and apostates, in addition to bloodshed.

Those misguided sheiks who benefited from their misguidance financially, morally, and position in society must be brought to trial for what their tongues and hands committed from the hostility to society and they were the cause of great suffering for many societies.
I trust with all the confidence that enlightened lawyers will file lawsuits against these sheiks to bring them to a fair trial in this world, and then they will stand before the just ruler in the hereafter.
